"Immediately when I heard Katie's voice on the phone explaining what her team would be doing I felt a wonderful sense of ease about what was ahead of me. When the day of packing and moving arrived, and in a state of slight apprehension, wondering how it was all going to pan out, I greeted a team of smiling, patient, marvellously understanding people from Moving On. 

They listened carefully to my little anxieties, gave me quiet and wise advice when I wasn't certain what to do with some of my possessions and made what could have been a stressful time into one of the happier times I have experienced.
