From August 2025 we are excited to have a permanent Cambridge-based team led by our Franchise Partner Richard Younger.
Having previously owned and managed a retirement and nursing facility, Richard brings a wealth of experience in the aged care sector and cares deeply about making a difference in people's lives as they navigate one of life's most challenging transitions.
With a long and rewarding project management career including organising many moves over the years, Richard and his Waikato Moving On team can't wait to start providing the amazing Moving On experience throughout the region.

Bay of Plenty Operators: Lance & Karen
The Bay of Plenty franchise is proudly led by Lance Eagle and Business Manager Karen Littlewood, supported by a growing team who share a genuine passion for helping people through life’s big transitions.
Lance brings decades of experience leading teams through complex jobs, with a calm, practical approach and a strong focus on communication, problem-solving and doing things properly. Karen brings a background in psychology-based coaching, giving her a genuine understanding of the emotional side of moving and the challenges that can come with downsizing and change. Her focus is on helping clients feel supported, organised and confident as they transition into the next chapter of their lives.

A natural organiser with a genuine love for getting things sorted, Sophie and her trusted team take pride in making the decluttering and moving process feel simple and manageable. From carefully coordinating the practical details to helping to create beautiful, considered new homes, they bring support, care and smiles to every move.
Sophie looks after clients from Wellington to the Wairarapa, Kapiti and Palmerston North, and is there to help with every step, big or small.
